In 2022 Tamara Rojo is finishing her successful career as a ballet dancer. Before she moves to become the artistic director of the San Francisco Ballet, TVE has filmed her work as lead principal and artistic director of the English National Ballet. With a relevant number of interviews to Tamara and other dance cellebrities, the documentary also includes emotional archives of her life from first dancing experiences in Spain to later performances with The Royal Ballet, the Cuban Ballet and so many classic and revamped titles. "Imprescindibles" is a TVE's weekly documentary series, every episode devoted to one of "the essential ones" of the Spanish contemporary main cultural persons.
