The series presents events related to the unit codenamed "Pazur" ("Claw"), operating during World War II in Warsaw, in the counterintelligence structures of the General Headquarters of the Union for Armed Struggle - the Home Army. Its prototype was the famous combat unit of counterintelligence codenamed "Wapiennik", established in 1941. One of its main tasks was the liquidation of people convicted by underground court sentences. The events shown in the series were inspired by real actions that were widely talked about in occupied Warsaw.
