Sanremo Young is a teen talent show, devoted for young singers aged between 14 and 17, which takes inspiration from Sanremo Music Festival. The show, presented by Antonella Clerici, is held in the Teatro Ariston of Sanremo and broadcast on Rai 1

Late 2019 Ketnet, the children’s channel of VRT, started its search for a new host (=wrapper). An interactive online program was created that allowed children to participate in this search. This promo was created to announce the program and to build up excitement around the reveal of the 5 contestants. We did so by only showing their feet in the promo and included playful elements, such as the title of the program on the toilet paper.

Because we had a lot of programs that starred animals in it, we used this as a common theme throughout the entire promo. Elements from the Ketnet branding were used to create unity and recognition. Our goal was to make a promo that would show that Ketnet was the place to be during summer break.
